No! There is no reason for it. Not Ever, in a free society. If we give up our Constitutionally granted, the "terrorists have won, according to W. himself. "They hate our freedoms", he likes to remind us.
I would be willing to bet that dissenters freedoms are much more hated by Bush, than bin laden hates any of our freedoms, our lifestyles or whatever.
It isn't bin Laden who is shredding our constitution. He does not have that power, and he never has. 9/11 did not take away our rights, under the constitution, nor did it change everything.
