Who can the Pentagon declare war on? Bloggers? On-line news sites? Ordinary citizens of any country?
How far can they go?
We had better be pushing Congress for a statue of some kind. (of Course, Bush won't have any compuctions about ignoring the law, but he can, at least, be held accountable, at some point, hopefully)
