Cheney shot someone; seriously! Not kidding!

• Vice President Cheney shoots a man.  No, seriously. The fellow hunter is fine. Maybe Cheney wasn't that focused with Senators calling for an investigation of him this morning.

Or maybe it was because Howard Dean Compared him to Aaron Burr, who shot Alexander Hamilton.

 

Dean stunned Scheiffer, but the old anchor didn't argue the point that Cheney may well have committed treason and, therefore, CAN no longer serve.

• Courts are dealing with the fallout of Bush's illegal domestic spying program. The judge in the "Brooklyn Bomber" case has given the government 2 months to address issues raised in Faris' brief.
  
• Republican Senator and Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee goes Nixonian and declares that anything the President does is lawful.

Pat Roberts is the Anti-Christ from Kansas who absolutely refuses to do his job. He has not held a real investigation of anything in the last 5 years. Does anyone have a cattle prod?
