The wealthy and the powerful, of course, who misuse and abuse their wealth and power. The deceivers; ones who use the tools of power, of, by, and for their own benefit in such a way that it harms the poor all over the world. (Which we consider to be any class of people who cannot, by their own means, support themselves as productive, contributive, enlightened, compassionate citizens.)
The last thing they want, is to have the ballooning lower classes to have have information incriminating them in the murder of the Middle-class and conspiracy to defraud American taxpayers and consumers.
