"WHITE HOUSE The White House says if it's genuine, the latest Osama bin Laden tape shows militants still try 'to use the media to justify their dark vision and war against humanity.'
A statement from the Bush administration says al-Qaida offers nothing more than 'future fighting, conflict and misery.'
A White House official says the U-S is analyzing the audiotape posted to a militant Web site Saturday to determine if it's authentic.
In the tape, a voice thought to be bin Laden urges militants to 'stay steadfast and don't leave Baghdad.' Otherwise, he says 'all the capitals in the region will fall to the crusaders.'"
