Military says it can spy on anyone - But of course, that doesn't mean NSA is doing the same

For all the people still believing Bush's NSA domestic spy program - oops, so sorry, terrorist surveillance program, has nothing to do with spying on innocent Americans; let's introduce another piece of damning evidence, which makes it clear Bush is spying on everyone. Knowing Bush, he is spying on everyone except for the terrorists. After all, why should he bother trying to listen in on bin-Laden? According to Bush's supporters, like Limbaugh, bin-Laden doesn't matter.

Gee, and all this time, Bush has been saying bin-Laden is the reason he has committed treason - ish spying behavior. Then again, Bush did say himself, not that long ago, bin-Laden wasn't really that important. That kind of rationalization, of course, is to be expected from someone that cannot quite manage to do the job he was hired to do.

"Sorry boss, woulda got that there thing-a-mah-jig done, but ya know what - it doesn't really matter, so I figured why git'er done?"

Yet, Bush tells the nation he really, really, really needs to have NSA spy on American citizens - oopsy daisy, "terrorists" because if he doesn't spy on innocent Americans -- eh-hem..."terrorists" -- then, they might be having unknown conversations with bin-Laden. Never mind bin-Laden isn't important whenever someone asks why the "Defender-n-Chief" hasn't captured him, when it comes time to spying on citizens - bin-Laden is vital.

Anyway, for the people still believing Bush's NSA domestic spy program has nothing to do with spying on innocent Americans - why is the
Pentagon so busy spying on innocent Americans and breaking laws to do it? Goodness, and it comes with evidence in the form of a smoking gun:

"Contrary to popular belief, there is no absolute ban on [military] intelligence components collecting U.S. person information,' the U.S.Army's top intelligence officer said in a 2001 memo that surfaced Tuesday."

Oh, but of course, that's just the Pentagon spying on Quakers and non-meat eating Americans - that isn't NSA. No, NSA spies only on "terrorists." NSA spies only on terrorists, because Bush would never dream of allowing them to spy on innocent American citizens too. That's the Pentagons job! Right - and if people believe that, Koochiching County in Northern Minnesota, has some bogland to sell - only a billion dollars per-acre. Better buy while the market is hot!
