AP uncritically reported Sen. Hatch's claim that FISA judges did not object to warrantless surveillance

Reporters who do not challenge obvious lies, like this one Orrin Hatch told, ought to be fired!

Media Matters - AP uncritically reported Sen. Hatch's claim that FISA judges did not object to warrantless surveillance:

"Summary: The Associated Press reported without challenge Sen. Orrin Hatch's (R-UT) statement that at least two of the judges on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court had been briefed on the National Security Agency's (NSA) domestic spying activities and that '[n]one raised any objections.' The AP article did not note that these two judges reportedly expressed serious concerns about the constitutionality of the NSA's warrantless domestic surveillance program."
