Focus Is on Cheney at Libby Trial

The focus should be on Cheney.

Libby didn't commit perjury and obstruction in a vacuum, nor did he out a CIA operative, who just happened to be an expert on non-proliferation, with Iran as her main focus, all by himself.

Libby is a lawyer, with Washington, D.C. experience. He had to have known that outing a CIA NOC was an unlawful act, especially when doing so took down a CIA front company and put the lives of CIA assets, abroad, in danger. I doubt seriously that he would act on his own.

The very fact that he lied his ass off shows a consciousness of guilt. He knows damn well, what he did was unlawful, as well as amoral.
