THE END TIMES: And What's to Come

THE END TIMES: And What's to Come:

"So there is talk that some Christian fundamentalists believe Armageddon is upon us, and the state of our planet is of little regard as 'Good Christians' will be raptured right out of here any time.

This line of thinking is sometimes used to try to comprehend why the Bush administration acts so foolishly and violently in pursuing policies obviously detrimental to the vast majority of us, the residents of Earth.

The kings of government and industry that rule these times care little about Heaven, else they would be incapable of their horrific acts. But they're anxious to keep a Christian fundamental base from considering their own daily neglect and abuse by this government. And so the myth is perpetuated.

But in fact these are the end times. That doesn't mean The Rapture is imminent, only that fundamental changes in how we live are occurring, and certain to increase. The stresses on our lives and our planet have pushed us to the edge, and it seems some new resolution and order must resolve out of our current malaise and chaos."
