'See, the irony is...' He does irony.

Tony Snow's refusal to discuss the profanity--'unless you have a history of never having used the word'--of course is a resort to the 'everybody does it' defense that Republicans used to denounce with grand theatricality. But somebody should ask Tony whether he's ever before noticed the President's keen sense of irony.
